Article: bird flights from Trompenburgh

For the magazine Het Buiten, we wrote a nice pictorial story. The article, written by Lenneke Willemstein, is about the release of seventeenth-century bird skies at Trompenburgh country estate.

The restoration of the bird airs was carried out by conservators led by Ruth Jongsma. The bird airs were hidden under many layers of paint for many years and reappeared in 2021.
