The victory of small materials

The research on historic concrete was not only presented in Zurich, but also during the Building History Platform of the RCE, where it was met with much interest. Following his presentation, Jeroen van der Werf wrote an extensive article for Nieuwsbrief Bouwhistorie (issue 79) of the Stichting Bouwhistorie Nederland. An abridged version of it recently appeared in Saillant (number 3/2025), the quarterly magazine of the Menno van Coehoorn Foundation. Meanwhile, the research continues.
